We truly enjoyed this pleasant hotel with great stuff in the night shift. Got the same standard double room booked online with wide double bed and a compliment water bottle offered daily, as for instance. Had an electric kettle and glassware at our disposal.

Hotel clean, rooms spacious and breakfast rich! But the best is personnel! Always helpful, nice and accommodating!
The location is very central but you have to climb stairs to the tram station and it is not exactly the way. The street is noisy and you don't sleep long with the window open.

The hotel is tidy, with helpful personal, and offers magnificent and perfect location so close to blue mosque and grand bazaar, the center of the old town, and tourist sites and tram train and shops and restaurants. The rooms are airy and neat, have hypoallergenic pillows and feather pillows. Want to say thanks for really lovely stay.

the room size was good+the lobby+the staff was very friendly and helpful..the location was great three min walk from sultam ahmet mousqe..i highly recommend it .
we had room with balcony..they never clean the balcony! and when we ask for blankets at night..they take it bk in the morning so we have to ask for it every night because the room was extremely cold

Staff were just the legends, always ready to help out, and the breakfast spread? So lekker! Plus, chilling on that rooftop terrace with a koppie view-wow!
Rooms could do with a couple more pillows though, but I didn't even ask, so that's on me.
